Although more famous and romanticized, Titanic sinking was not the greatest of maritime history. The “Wilhelm Gustloff” which sank in 1945, made 9,400 victims against 1,500 of the Titanic.

I recently took it out of my safety deposit box and realize that the stress lines in appear to be getting worse. It is a small tin that reads CAPTIAN’S OFFICE S.S. TITANIC. I used to receive journals from T.I.S. From age 12 to 20 or so, but one day the journals stopped coming with no explanation. My father and I assumed T.I.S. dissipated so we we actually didn’t look into it. But now I find out about the convention April 27-28 and looks like something I would really be interested in but if I read correctly I missed chance to buy tickets on April fifth. Is this true? And if it isn’t can I bring a guest?
